How long does it take to get my eFundraising website?

Once you connect with our team and we design your logo and make product selections, websites can be live within 48 hours.

Where do I find a link to my eFundraising website?

You will be provided with a personalized School Code specific to your fundraising campaign. This code is entered in the “Find My School” box at the top of the PhysEdGear.com website and you will be directly connected to your personalized website.

How do parents and fans find the eFundraising website?

We will create a digital flyer for print or email distribution, but don’t have access to your student/parent information and won't ask for it.   This process depends on you getting your School Code out to everyone purchasing. Utilize Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, printed flyers, robocalls - whatever ensures they know where to buy the goods!

During Sale

Can I change my fundraising campaign end date or extend my sale?

Absolutely, whatever works best for your program! Please note that extending your sale will extend the time until you receive your produced items.

Can modifications or changes be made during the fundraising campaign?

We do not do any ordering before the closing date, so there is no need to call. Orders can be changed, modified, or added to up until the closing date!

After Sale

When can we expect our Gear to arrive?

You will receive your Gear within 2 weeks from the closing date of your fundraising campaign.  Your Gear will come with a spreadsheet of order details to ease in distribution.

When can we expect our fundraising dollars to arrive?

A check for the donation back to your school, team, or chosen charity will be mailed to the fundraising contact upon delivery of your Gear.
